ROLE: OPERATIONAL MARKETING PRODUCTION LEAD & THEATRICAL AWARD OPERATIONS

As Operational Marketing Production Lead, I worked closely with the Global Creative Marketing team and the Theatrical and Awards teams, to ensure the creative suite would meet all creative and production specifications to be applicable for awards as well as the theatrical release and marketing campaigns.
My role also involved liaising with local marketing teams, content production, post-production, and other teams to manage and streamline communications and workflows. I directed the creative marketing producers in rolling out AV, print, and digital assets and oversaw the delivery of finishing and localising all global marketing assets. I ensured effective exchange of campaign information and deliverables, and supported seamless integration across global and local marketing efforts.
