A massively popular Spanish series saw over 25 local Netflix marketing and publicity teams launch large-scale campaigns for subsequent seasons.

As the Global Operational Lead, I collaborated with the Global Creative Marketing team to ensure creative assets, accessibility, and timelines met the needs of local marketing, publicity, and cross-functional teams.

I managed communications and workflows with local teams, content production, and post-production. I directed creative producers in rolling out AV, print, and digital assets, and oversaw the finalization and localization of all global marketing materials, ensuring effective campaign information exchange and integration across global and local efforts.
