ROLE: OPERATIONAL LEAD CREATIVE MARKETING PRODUCTION
Such a fun series I had the joy of working on multiple years.
As Global Operational Marketing Production Lead, I worked closely with the Global Creative Marketing team to define the global creative asset suite and ensured the delivery met all specifications and timelines of the local marketing teams and other cross-functional teams supporting the show.
My role also involved liaising with local marketing teams, content production, post-production, and other teams to manage and streamline communications and workflows. I directed the creative marketing producers in rolling out AV, print, and digital assets and oversaw the delivery of finishing and localising all global marketing assets. I ensured effective exchange of campaign information and deliverables, and supported seamless integration across global and local marketing efforts.
