ROLE: CREATIVE MARKETING PRODUCER

Ideation, design, production, and stage management of a 200m+ stand themed as an Asian village to showcase Netflix anime content during the second Comic Con in Saudi Arabia. The stand featured a range of interactive activations, including anime drawing classes, a 360° animated photo booth, a money grab tube, arcade game machines, a barber shop, and a dedicated PR area.

As Creative Marketing Producer, I lead the creative agency through the ideation, design, and production phases, culminating in the successful physical build and management of the stand over four days. My role encompassed creative direction, vendor management, and seamless coordination with Comic Con management and local government stakeholders. The goal was to ensure an engaging visitor experience that respected cultural nuances, delivering exceptional brand execution tailored to local standards.
